Our Services
At Brightline, we work with people across the lifespan—each with their own story, questions, and goals.
Our Services
We provide compassionate, evidence-based psychological services for children, teens, and adults.
Psychological Assessment
Our psychological assessments are designed to provide clarity, insight, and direction for individuals and families seeking answers about learning, behavior, emotional functioning, or developmental concerns. We specialize in comprehensive evaluations for ADHD, autism, learning differences, emotional challenges, giftedness, and more.
Each assessment is tailored to the referral question and may include interviews, record review, standardized testing, and behavioral observations. Our approach is thorough, collaborative, and rooted in best practices from both clinical and educational psychology.
Depending on the purpose of the evaluation, we offer two documentation options:
A written report, ideal for school accommodations, high-stakes testing, or treatment planning that requires in-depth detail and recommendations.
A diagnostic summary letter, suitable for clinical use, treatment referrals, or when a formal diagnosis is needed but a full report is not required.
Following the assessment, you’ll receive a clear explanation of the results and personalized guidance on next steps. Whether you're navigating the special education system, seeking answers for yourself or your child, or simply looking for direction, we’re here to help you move forward with confidence.
Common referral reasons include:
ADHD and executive functioning concerns
Autism spectrum evaluations
Learning disorders or differences (e.g., dyslexia, dysgraphia)
Emotional or behavioral challenges
Giftedness and GATE qualification
Diagnostic clarification for treatment or accommodations
Independent Educational Evaluations (IEEs)
Therapy for Growth & Resilience
When you're concerned about your child's behavior, development, or school experience, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed or unsure of what to do next. Our parent consultations offer a supportive, structured opportunity to ask questions, share concerns, and receive expert guidance from a licensed psychologist.
These consultations are typically one-time or short-term and focused on helping parents better understand their child’s needs, clarify whether a formal evaluation might be helpful, or navigate next steps following a diagnosis or school referral. We offer insights grounded in psychological science and real-world experience in school and clinical settings—so you can feel confident advocating for your child.
Whether your child is struggling with behavioral challenges, having trouble at school, or showing signs of anxiety, attention issues, or learning differences, we’ll help you make sense of what you’re seeing and provide a roadmap forward.
Common consultation topics include:
Understanding behavioral or emotional concerns
Navigating the special education system (IEPs, 504s)
Deciding whether to pursue an evaluation
Responding to a recent diagnosis or school referral
Supporting your child’s academic and social-emotional development

Insurance & Reimbursement
Brightline Psychological Services is an out-of-network (OON) provider, meaning we are not in-network with any insurance companies.
If your insurance plan includes OON benefits, you may be able to receive reimbursement for services paid out-of-pocket. We encourage all clients to check with their insurance provider to learn more about their specific coverage for psychological services.
Upon request, we can provide a superbill—an itemized invoice with the information typically required for OON reimbursement. This document can be submitted directly to your insurance provider if you choose to seek reimbursement.
